I can’t really find the words to describe it. I always knew there was more to life, but I felt alone, now I feel like I am not. A most enjoyable weekend, as it was a repeat seminar I was impressed by the results I received after my first seminar when I stopped sleep walking after having sleep walked since childhood, also my “panic phobia disappeared. I came along with a degree of scepticism and a little uncertainty. I wasn’t entirely sure of what to expect or how I would react. I was looking for strategies to help me make appropriate choices with the aim of changing and improving my life and developing personally.
